• GST Tax Extra Will Be Added 5.00% for Total Billing.

• Rates indicated are exclusive of Toll, Parking & Other permit charges.
• Mileage run for Hatchback and Sedan vehicles would be charged on a point to point basis from City Limits & back to City Limits (OR) Airport and back to Airport
• Mileage run for all other vehicles except Hatchback & Sedan, would be charged from our City Garage and back to our City Garage (OR) from our Airport garage and back to our Airport garage.
• Credit not allowed.

Day Package T&C (Only Applicable For Day Packages)

• Day Package applicable for booking of 2 days and more.
• Though vehicle is at disposal, Vehicle usage is limited to 8-10 hrs per day including waiting.
• Considering the safety of passengers, the vehicle usage is restricted during 11.00 PM to preceding day 06.00 AM

• Rental will be charged from garage to garage.
• Incase of increase of fuel charges quotation may get revised.
• For outstation run an average of 300 Kms. Per day will be charged.
• Distance & Detention Charges Are Applicable From Garage To Garage.
• Hours & K.M. Exceeding the Package Mentioned shall be Charges Extra.
• No Charges for Day Detention will be charged if the trip exceeds 300 kms. Per days only. Night Halt (if Applicable shall be charged).
• On outstation Journey Average running of 300 Km.per days shall be charged.
• Night Halt/ odd Hour charges shall be charged after 00.00 Hrs To 6.00 am for outstation /Local Run.
• All taxes (Toll tax, State border tax, Permit Fees, Parking Charges) Extra will be paid by the hiring Party.
• Passenger carrying articles prohibited under prevailing law would be solely responsible for the act.
• All interstate taxes, toll taxes, parking will be charged extra as per actual receipts wherever applicable.
• Air conditioner will not working in standing position.
• If the vehicle will running more than blocked KM, extra km will be charged.
• Timing and mileage will be calculated from garage to garage. To avoid disputes later passenger is requested to write reporting time kms and releasing time kms in his/her own writing on the duty slip.
• Minimum duty which will be charged i.e. 80 Kms/8 Hours.
• Local night retention will be charged between 2300 hrs to 0500 hrs as mentioned in out station column.
• We will not be responsible for any loss of man power due to any technical failure of vehicle/loss of third party, all vehicles are comprehensively insured, the same may be claimed from insurance company.
• GST Tax Extra Will Be Added 5.00% for Total Billing.

• Payment: 50 % @ the time of confirmation and balance 48 hrs before travel date.
• Any cancellation after confirmation will be charged for full day rental.
• Tariff is subject to change as per hike in fuel prices or any taxes.
• Timing and mileage will be counted from garage to garage. To avoid disputes later user is requested to write reporting time, kms and releasing time and km in his/her own hand writing on duty slip.
• All Above rates are inclusive of chauffeur, fuel charges.
• All Parking & toll taxes extra.
• Night charges will be applicable from 10:00 PM onwards for any services.
• Meter reading will be calculated from hotel.
• We will not be responsible for any loss of man power due to any technical failure of vehicle/loss of third party, all vehicles are comprehensively insured, the same may be claimed from insurance company.
• Any cancellation after confirmation will be charged for full day rental.

For Services at other cities, the car /coach hire charges are different. You are requested to please ask for the special tariff for the same at time of booking.
